Entry to Korea
Foreigners intending to enter the Republic of Korea to attend ICQS 2024 must possess valid passports and, if required, entry visas. Visitors for sightseeing or transit with confirmed outbound tickets can stay in Korea for up to 30 days without visas, except for those from certain countries. Visitors from countries with no diplomatic relations or special visa exemption with Korea must obtain an entry visa before coming to Korea. If you are uncertain about entry visa requirements for the Republic of Korea, please contact the Korean Embassy or the consulate nearest to you as soon as possible.

Letter of Invatation
Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. ICQS 2024 organizers encourage you to apply for your visa as early as possible. ICQS 2024 cannot intervene with Korean Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
